Trains Special to Me

The following are descriptions of trains that I ran on the defunct NG&DR. These descriptions were printed and laminated; this enabled visitors to read about what they were seeing. I do not see any any need to do any word-smithing; I simply wrapped the descriptions for web-use. But the original context should be bourne in mind as these are read.
  • The Green Train
    The Green Train is from my adolescence. The prototype train was very ordinary.
  • The Golden Arrow
    The Golden Arrow is from my adolescence. The prototype train was very special.
  • The Blue Coal Train
    The Blue Train is from my imagination. This is a tip-of-the-hat to the Colorado Narrow Gauge Railroads of the nineteenth century.
